The Data Processor assists in the delivery of the ordered goods based on a written contract concluded with the Data Controller. In doing so, the Data Processor may process the customer's name, address and telephone number until the delivery of the ordered goods, after which it will be deleted immediately.

The Data Controller declares that it has taken appropriate security measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, transmission, disclosure, deletion or destruction, as well as against accidental destruction and damage, as well as against inaccessibility resulting from changes in the technology used.
Your rights during data processing
Within the period of data processing, you are entitled to:
the right to information,
the right to rectify data,
the right to erasure of data,
the right to block data,
the right to protest.
You may request information from the Data Controller about the processing of your personal data within the period of data processing. The Data Controller shall, as soon as possible after the submission of the request, but no later than 25 days, inform you in writing, in a plain language, about the data being processed, the purpose, legal basis, and duration of the data processing, and – if the data has been transferred – about who receives or has received the data and for what purpose.
You may request that the Data Controller correct your personal data within the period of data processing. The Data Controller will comply with your request within 15 days at the latest.
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data, which the Data Controller shall comply with within 15 days at the latest. The right to deletion does not apply if the Data Controller is required by law to further store the data, or if the Data Controller is entitled to further process the personal data in accordance with Section 6(5) of the Information Act (for example, in connection with invoicing).
You may request that the Data Controller block personal data if permanent deletion of the data would harm the legitimate interests of the data subject. Personal data blocked in this way may only be processed for as long as the purpose that precluded the deletion of the personal data exists.
You may object to the processing of your personal data,
if the processing or transmission of personal data is necessary solely for the fulfillment of a legal obligation applicable to the Data Controller or for the exercise of the legitimate interests of the Data Controller, the data recipient or a third party, except in the case of mandatory data processing and in the case specified in Section 6 (5) of the Privacy Act;
if the personal data is used or transmitted - without your consent - for the purpose of direct marketing, public opinion polling or scientific research.
The Data Controller shall examine the objection as soon as possible after the submission of the request, but no later than 15 days, and shall make a decision on its merits and inform you of its decision in writing. If the Data Controller does not comply with the data subject's request for rectification, blocking or erasure, it shall communicate the factual and legal reasons for rejecting the request for rectification, blocking or erasure in writing or, with the data subject's consent, electronically within 25 days of receipt of the request.
Legal remedies:
If you believe that the Data Controller has violated any legal provision relating to data processing or has not fulfilled any of your requests, you may initiate an investigation procedure with the National Data Protection and Freedom of Information Authority in order to terminate the alleged unlawful data processing (correspondence address: 1530 Budapest, P.O. We also inform you that in the event of a violation of the legal provisions relating to data processing, or if the Data Controller has not fulfilled any of your requests, you may take legal action against the Data Controller.

Privacy statement
The data you provide will be stored by Márta Bakos exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the order and for the purpose of later proving the order conditions. We will not pass on your data to third parties, except for the purpose of fulfilling the contract, to the partners listed in the data processing information, under their contracted conditions. 2.1. The data processing is based on your voluntary, informed declaration, which contains your express consent to the use of the personal data provided during the newsletter subscription. The legal basis for the data processing is the voluntary consent of the data subject pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (General Data Protection Regulation).
You give your consent to the processing of data relating to sending the newsletter when subscribing to the newsletter, by voluntarily providing the data in question and by voluntarily checking the consent statement.
2.2. The purpose of data processing is to ensure that the newsletter is sent to the e-mail address you have provided. The data controller uses the data provided by you for a specific purpose and exclusively for sending the newsletter.
2.3. The Data Controller does not use or may use the personal data provided for purposes other than those described in point 2.2. The provision of personal data to third parties - unless otherwise required by law - is only possible with your prior, express consent.
2.4. The Data Controller does not verify the personal data provided to it. The person providing it is solely responsible for the authenticity of the data provided. When you provide your e-mail address, you also assume responsibility for the fact that you are the only one using the service from the e-mail address provided. In view of this assumption of responsibility, any liability related to logins made from a given e-mail address lies solely with you, as the data subject who registered the e-mail address.

4. The circle of persons who have access to the data, data transfer, data processing:
The data is primarily accessible to the Data Controller and to those internal employees of the Data Controller whose access to and management of the data is related to their job duties.
To measure visitor traffic, the webshop collects aggregated statistical data stored in its own database, prepared without the involvement of a third party and not passed on to a third party, which data is necessary for the continuous development of our services. We use an application called Usercentrix for Wix to collect aggregated statistical data, if the user has given prior consent. The use of cookies enables more accurate measurements.
